These terms set out the basis on which Famora provides educational workshops and administrative organisation services. Our services are general education and administrative assistance only and do not constitute legal, clinical, or therapeutic advice of any kind.
1. About Famora
Famora is an educational and administrative organisation service based at 33 Sukhumvit Road, Bang Lamung, Pattaya, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand. We offer group workshops, administrative sessions, and structured programs designed to support families with communication skills and household organisation. We are not a registered legal, clinical, or financial advisory service.
2. Nature of Services
All programs and sessions offered by Famora are educational and organisational in nature. Specifically:
- The Communication Skills Workshop is a group skills education session. It does not constitute counselling, relationship advice, or therapeutic intervention.
- The Family Paperwork Organizer is an administrative assistance service. We help households arrange their own materials. We do not access, retain, or advise on the legal standing of any documents.
- The Cooperative Family Program is a structured educational program focused on communication and planning skills. It does not constitute coaching, counselling, or any form of regulated professional service.
Nothing provided by Famora should be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Participants requiring such advice should consult a suitably qualified professional.
3. Enrolment and Eligibility
Programs are open to adults aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Where a household includes minors, a parent or guardian must enrol and consent on their behalf.
Famora reserves the right to decline or end participation where conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the calm and collaborative environment we maintain for all participants.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current service fees are:
- Communication Skills Workshop — ฿3,600 per participant
- Family Paperwork Organizer — ฿14,400 per household engagement
- Cooperative Family Program — ฿31,800 per household enrolment
Payment details and accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Fees are due prior to the start of any session unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that family circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative time.
For cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance, fees paid may be applied as a credit toward a future booking. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session, fees paid are generally non-refundable, though we consider each situation individually and will always aim to find a fair resolution.
In the event that Famora must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive full credit or a refund of any fees paid for that session.
6. Participant Responsibilities
To get the most from our programs, we ask participants to:
- Attend sessions at the agreed time and location
- Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
- Bring any household materials relevant to administrative sessions (you retain all such materials throughout)
- Notify us in advance if they are unable to attend
7. Confidentiality
Famora facilitators will not share personal information disclosed during sessions with third parties, except where required by law. In group program settings, participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal details shared by other families.
During administrative sessions, all household documents remain in the possession of the participant at all times. Famora does not photograph, copy, or retain any household records.
8. Intellectual Property
All written materials provided during Famora programs — including printed guides, workbooks, templates, and checklists — are for the personal use of enrolled participants. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Famora.
9. Limitation of Liability
Famora's liability in connection with any program is limited to the fees paid by the participant for that specific program. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from participation in our educational or administrative services.
Our programs are educational tools. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific result is promised or implied by participation.
