Programs & Solutions
Three Programs, Each Designed for a Different Kind of Need
A workshop for communication, a service for document organisation, and a longer program that brings both together. All focused on education and practical tools — nothing beyond that scope.

How We Design and Deliver Our Programs
Each Famora program is built around a specific, concrete outcome — a skill developed, a filing system in place, or a shared planning framework in use. We do not deliver general inspiration sessions or abstract concepts. By the end of each engagement, participants have something tangible they can continue using on their own.
Programs are delivered in English by consistent facilitators who know the content well. Session sizes are kept small so questions get answered and pacing can flex when needed. Written materials are included in all three programs so households can refer back to what was covered.
All programs are strictly educational and administrative in scope. We do not provide legal advice, counselling, or any form of clinical guidance. If a household's needs fall outside this scope, we say so clearly and suggest they seek appropriate professional support elsewhere.
Program 01
Communication Skills Workshop
A group educational workshop teaching practical communication — respectful listening, calm de-escalation, and cooperative household planning. Suited to families seeking smoother daily understanding. This is general skills education only.
- Guided practice in real communication scenarios
- Printed communication guide included for home reference
- Follow-up written session summary provided after the workshop
- Delivered in small groups for genuine participation
How the Workshop Runs
Opening & Framing
The facilitator introduces the session, establishes a calm shared environment, and outlines what participants will practise together.
Guided Practice
Participants work through structured communication scenarios in pairs or small groups, with facilitator support throughout.
Wrap-Up & Materials
A written guide is distributed. The session summary is sent within two days so participants have a record of what was covered.
Program 02
Family Paperwork Organizer
A guided administrative service helping families arrange their own records, calendars, and shared agreements using clear templates and a simple system. Ideal for households wanting order and calm. This service organises your own materials only — no external filing or legal processing.
- Complete template pack for household records and calendars
- Working session to set up your household's own system
- Maintenance checklist so the system stays current
- All materials remain with and belong to the household
How the Organizer Works
Initial Review
We discuss your household's current document situation and what organisation would be most useful.
Template Setup
We provide and walk through the template pack, adapting naming and categories to your household.
Working Session
We work through your existing materials together, building the structure in real time.
Handover
You receive the full system and maintenance checklist. Everything belongs to you from that point.
Program 03
Cooperative Family Program
A structured educational program covering shared scheduling, planning tools, and communication frameworks for families managing responsibilities together. Aimed at caregivers wanting steadier coordination. Content focuses on organisation and communication skills only.
- Comprehensive workbook covering scheduling and planning tools
- Communication framework templates for shared household use
- Ongoing group access across the program duration
- Structured over several weeks with scheduled group sessions
Program Structure
Weeks 1–2: Foundations
Communication frameworks introduced. Participants begin workbook exercises covering household scheduling and shared responsibility mapping.
Weeks 3–4: Application
Group sessions focus on applying planning tools to real household scenarios. Templates are built out and tested in practice.
Weeks 5–6: Integration
Participants consolidate frameworks and build a sustainable household coordination plan. Final group review and materials handover.

Across All Programs
Standards That Apply Regardless of Which Program You Choose
Information Privacy
What households share during sessions stays within our team. We do not discuss client details externally or use them in marketing materials.
Consistent Facilitator
The same facilitator works with you across a full program. You will not be passed between different team members mid-engagement.
Neutral Position
We teach skills and frameworks — we do not take sides or give recommendations about how a household should make its own decisions.
English Language Throughout
All programs, materials, and written summaries are in English. Particularly suited to international households and expatriate families in Thailand.
Documented Content
Each program includes written materials participants keep. You are not relying on memory alone — you leave with a guide, template pack, or workbook.
No Legal or Clinical Claims
We are clear about what our programs are and what they are not. No program at Famora constitutes legal, medical, or psychological advice of any kind.
